By using Brain Darts you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Brain Darts is provided for entertainment. The real-world figures it reports (distances, populations, heights, pageviews, sporting and chart records) are drawn from third-party sources and built-in data, and are provided "as is" without any guarantee of accuracy. Don't rely on them for anything that matters.
The app offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks additional categories. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms. The unlock is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your devices using the "Restore purchases" button. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
Please use the app lawfully and don't attempt to interfere with its operation or the third-party services it relies on.
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
